Thank you to all the staff at Goodfellows Sutton. The process of buying our first house was made less daunting by clear guidance and instructions, all of the staff were friendly, helpful and were a pleasure to deal with. We were able to complete on our chosen property promptly, and with no unexpected delays. Would highly recommend!!

Mark, Rosie and Ann have all been fantastic. The experience was seamless and they were supportive for everything we needed as first time buyers. Incredibly grateful for all your help, really happy with the support and communication along the way. Will be using again!

So today we completed on the sale of our family home of 50 years of my late parents in the Lower morden area. Goodfellows led by Branch Manager Ann Dickman are simply amazing. They were recommended to us by a friend and neighbour and I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone as a result of this sale. If only all estate agents were like this branch. Always helpful, always chasing solicitors for updates and never too much trouble in doing so. From valuation to sign up to receiving a great offer we then accepted within one week of being on the market, to completion today, they have all been so professional and helpful, particularly as this was a probate sale. Thank you

A big thank you to Ann, Mark, Rosie, Theresa and Tracy at Goodfellows Stonecot Hill.
A fantastic service from the whole team of friendly and approachable people, nothing was too much trouble!
Your professionalism and determination got us through the sometimes bumpy ride (when the sale fell through on the day of exchange due to a buyer further down the chain pulling out!) Thanks to you, we had a new buyer just over a week later, and the sale completed a couple of weeks ago.
I would highly recommend you all. Thank you!

Some recent research suggests that one in in 10 adults in the UK have a second property. Many of these properties are brought by buy-to-let landlords. The Resolution Foundation who conducted the research found that about 5.2 million owned an additional property between 2012 and 2014.
