It is imperative as a business to invest in our staff. At Goodfellows we offer not only in-house training, but we also like to invest in talent development. This is a 12-18 month course consisting of individual modules and focuses on developing our staff to be better managers. The programme itself includes a combination of classroom based and work-based learning activity.

In addition to the eight Leadership Pathway modules there are also a number of additional workshops that can be provided.

At the end of the training programme there is a 2 day residential module to demonstrate what you have learnt by delivering a presentation and share your business plan with senior managers from across the business.
